Booking Policy
Please Read through this before booking
• A consultation is required prior to booking to discuss your vision, preferences, and specific needs. This ensures that we align our services with your expectations and create the best possible experience.
Payment:
• A 50% non-refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session. This deposit will be applied to your total balance.
Tardiness:
• We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your booking will be canceled, and no refund will be issued. However, you will have the option to reschedule your session for a later date.
Guest Limit:
•For outdoor shoots, we recommend a maximum of 2-4 guests. Large crowds can be distracting and may detract from the focus of the shoot. For studio sessions, a maximum of 2-5 people is permitted to ensure a smooth and productive experience.
Makeup Artist & Hairstylist:
• You are welcome to bring a makeup artist or hairstylist to your session. Please understand that inadequate preparation will not result in an extension of your scheduled time.
Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to receive a 50% refund of your security deposit. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the session will result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit.
• If you cancel within 24 hours, no refund will be issued. You may reschedule your session within three months at no additional cost.
